Small businesses can seek financial aid through small business administration disaster relief & CAL-COASTAL. Contact our office if you are approved for financial aid

Make your rent payment online through your online portal. You have the following payment method options: bank account, debit card, credit card, and autopayments.
Tenant Portal
Make payments online, request maintenance, and set up autopayment for your rent.
Drop off your rent payment in the "Paramount Rent" drop box located at the Paramount Properties building. It should be dropped off no later than 5:00 p.m. on the 3rd of the month (See Contact Us page for address). *All payment should be made to: Paramount Properties

Mail your rent payment through the United States Postal Service (USPS). You are responsible for ensuring that your payment arrives at our office prior to the 1st of the month. *All payment should be made to: Paramount Properties
