Each month you will receive a report showing how much rent was collected and what and to whom any money was dispersed. With your report, you will receive a check for the amount of your net monthly income.
We are members of the California Apartment Association, so we keep up-to-date on the legal aspects of tenant-landlord relations which avoids many problems. We monitor rent carefully and make increases according to the policies set by Monterey County cities to make sure you are getting market rent without violating guidelines. We will inspect your property to make sure you have the proper locks, deadbolts, and smoke alarms. We also do move-in, move-out, quarterly exterior, and annual interior inspections of your property to assure that it is being maintained by the tenants.
